8. That the developer reconstruct the northeast corner of <br /> Washington Street and Wyoming Street to the satisfaction <br /> of the City Engineer. This work will close off the <br /> previous abandoned portion of Washington Street east of <br /> Wyoming Street. <br /> <br />9. That all individual site development project be subject <br /> to review and approval of the Design Review Board. <br /> <br />10. That the applicant shall be responsible for the design <br /> and installation of all landscaping and irrigation for <br /> the Stanley Boulevard frontage of the Stanley Business <br /> Park from the curb of Washington Street to the curb of <br /> Stanley Boulevard. A final landscape plan shall be <br /> submitted for review and approval of the Planningl <br /> Director in conjunction with the tentative map <br /> submittal. Depicted on these plans should be all <br /> irrigation and connection services in addition to a <br /> combination of ground cover shrubs and 15 gallon street <br /> trees (not to exceed $39,000). <br /> <br />11..
