CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE N0. 1389 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CONNOLLY DEVELOPMENT, INC. TO REZONE APPROXIMATELY 0.56 ACRES LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF MISSION DRIVE AND SUNOL BO~ARD, FROM THE "C-F" (FREEWAY COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT TO THE "C-N" (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT (RZ-88-9) WHEREAS, Connolly Development, Inc. applied to have an approximately 0.56 acre site, located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Mission Drive and Sunol Boulevard, rezoned from the "C-F" (Freeway Commercial) District to the "C-N" (Neighborhood Commercial District); and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no significant adverse effects on the environment, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on November 15, 1988; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the rezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly notice public hearing was held on November 15, 1988; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 0.56 acre site, located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Mission Drive and Sunol Boulevard, from the "C-F" (Freeway Commercial) District to the "C-N" (Neighborhood Commercial) District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #366, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" dated November 15, 1988, and incorporated herein by reference.
