CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1385 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE 1985 UNIFORM BUILDING CODE, 1985 UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE, 1985 UNIFORM MECHANICAL CODE, 1985 UNIFORM ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, 1985 UNIFORM HOUSING CODE, 1985 UNIFORM CODE FORT HE ABATEMENT OF DANGEROUS BUILDINGS, 1985 UNIFORM FIRE CODE AND THE 1984 NATIONAL EleCTRICAL CODE, INCLUDING AMENDMENTS, ADDITIONS, DELETIONS AND SUPPT.RMENTS THERETO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Chapter 20.04 (Administrative Code) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is amended to change all references to the 1982 Uniform Administrative Code to reflect adoption of the 1985 Uniform Administrative Code. Section 2: Chapter 20.08 (Building Code) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is amended to change all references to the 1982 Uniform Building Code to reflect adoption of the 1985 Uniform Administrative Code. Section 3: Chapter 20.12 (Plumbing Code) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is amended to change all references to the 1982 Uniform Plumbing Code to reflect adoption of the 1985 Uniform Plumbing Code. Section 4: Chapter 20.16 (Mechanical Code) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is amended to change all references to the 1982 Uniform Mechanical Code to reflect adoption of the 1985 Uniform Mechanical Code. Section 5: Chapter 20.20 (Electrical Code) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is amended to change all references to the 1981 Electrical Code to reflect adoption of the 1984 National Electrical Code. Section 6: Chapter 20.24 (Fire Code) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is amended to change all references to the 1982 Fire Code to reflect adoption of the 1985 Uniform Fire Code.
