CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1377 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO PUD-81-30 TO ACCOMMODATE BUILDING ANDRELATED SITE REVISIONS (PUD-81-30-35D-2M) WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 5, 1986, Council adopted an ordinance relocating various buildings on the site plan in order to accommodate the requests of possible tenants interested in the center; and WHEREAS, Pacific Quadrant Development is now seeking further modifications that would increase the marketability of Buildings B-F by converting from anchor tenant spaces to smaller, multi-tenant spaces; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the development plan subject to certain conditions; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Pacific Quadrant Development Company for a major modification to an approved development plan for an approximately 103,900 sq. ft. retail commercial complex to accommodate building and related site revisions to be located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on the plans, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That the development shall be subject to all conditions of approval imposed on Case PUD-81-30-35D. Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
