CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1373 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ERNEST AND CHARLOTTE JONES FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A THREE-LOT SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT TO BE LOCATED AT 1605 ROSE AVENUE (PUD-88-8) WHEREAS, Ernest and Charlotte Jones applied for development plan approval for construction of a three-lot single family residential development to be located at 1605 Rose Avenue (PUD-88-8); and WHEREAS, the project is exempt from the requirements of CEQA as it is a project of fewer than four lots, therefore no environmental document accompanies this application; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 5, 1988; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the PUD Ordinance and General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for a three-lot single family residential development to be located at 1605 Rose Avenue, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.(PUD-88-8) Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on July 5, 1988.
