CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1372 ORDINANCE APPROVING T~EAPPLICATION OF GREG ANDERSON FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO INCREASE THE SIZE OF THE BUILDING ENVELOPE FOR PARCEL LOCATED AT 6 RED FEATHER COURT (PUD-82-10-7M) WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 22, 1983, Council adopted Ordinance No. 1077 approving development plans for a 28-1ot single-family'residential use on approximately 48 acres located on the south side of the eastern terminus of Crellin Road (PUD-82-10); and WHEREAS, Greg Anderson is seeking approval of a major modification to the Grey Eagle Estates development to increase the size of the building envelope of a specific parcel located at 6 Red Feather Court; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the development plan subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, Council finds that the proposed project is consistent with the goals of the General Plan and PUD Ordinance; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Greg Anderson for a major modification to an approved development plan for a 28-unit residential project to increase the size of the building envelope of a specific parcel located at 6 Red Feather Court (PUD-82-10-7M), subject to the conditions st forth on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
