CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1371 <br /> <br /> AMENDMENT TO SECTION 11.48 OF PLEASANTON <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING ANNUAL ENCROACHMENT <br /> PERMITS <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Section 11.48.120 of the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code is hereby amended in its entirety to read as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> "11.48.120 Annual Encroachment Permit For Excess <br /> Width and Length <br /> <br /> An annual encroachment permit for vehicles <br /> which exceed the length and width limitations of <br /> Sections 11.48.080 through 11.48.120 may be issued <br /> by the City Engineer after payment of the <br /> appropriate annual fee, an approved route has been <br /> established by the City Engineer, and a review of <br /> the factors stated in Section 11.48.110 has been <br /> completed." <br /> <br /> Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley <br /> Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in <br /> the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> City of Pleasanton on July 5, 1988. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Pleasanton on July 19, 1988 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None ~~~~/~/ <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> KENNE~ R~ ~E~C~R, MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />/~ames Ri Walker, ~i~y Clerk <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> AP~~AS TO FORM: <br /> Dennis Beough~ng City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
