CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1368 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PUBLIC STORAGE, INC. FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT A WAREHOUSE COMPLEX ON APPROXIMATELY 1.2 ACRES LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF STANT~Y BOULEVARD AND V~r~Y AVENUE (PUD-88-1) WHEREAS, Public Storage, Inc. applied for development plan approval for construction of a three-building, approximately 25,780 sq. ft. warehouse complex to be located on an approximately 1.2 acre site located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Stanley Boulevard and Valley Avenue; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on June 21, 1988; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on June 21, 1988; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for a three- building, approximately 25,780 sq. ft. warehouse complex to be located on an approximately 1.2 acre site located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Stanley Boulevard and Valley Avenue, subject to the conditions listed on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution NO. 77-66. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton.
