CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1368 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PUBLIC STORAGE, INC. <br /> FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT A <br /> WAREHOUSE COMPLEX ON APPROXIMATELY 1.2 ACRES <br /> LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION <br /> OF STANT~Y BOULEVARD AND V~r~Y AVENUE (PUD-88-1) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Public Storage, Inc. applied for development plan <br /> approval for construction of a three-building, <br /> approximately 25,780 sq. ft. warehouse complex to <br /> be located on an approximately 1.2 acre site <br /> located at the northwest corner of the intersection <br /> of Stanley Boulevard and Valley Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a <br /> negative declaration was adopted by Council on <br /> June 21, 1988; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the development <br /> plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on June 21, <br /> 1988; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the <br /> City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the development plan for a three- <br /> building, approximately 25,780 sq. ft. warehouse complex <br /> to be located on an approximately 1.2 acre site located <br /> at the northwest corner of the intersection of Stanley <br /> Boulevard and Valley Avenue, subject to the conditions <br /> listed on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of <br /> Resolution NO. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley <br /> Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in <br /> the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> <br />
