CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1850 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18.44 (C - <br />COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS) AND TABLE 18.44.090 <br />(PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL USES) OF THE <br />PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE, AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE PRZ-11 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of February 19, 2002, the City Council reviewed the report of the <br />Director of Planning and Community Development (SR 02:042) regarding <br />amendments to Chapter 18.44 (C - Commercial Districts) of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code, to allow tutoring for six or fewer students at one time as a <br />permitted use in the CN (Neighborhood Commercial) District. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Chapter 18.44 (C - Commercial Districts) and Table 18.44.090 (Permitted and <br />Conditional Uses) of Title 18 (Zoning) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is amended to <br />read as set tbrth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to <br />Section 4.3(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br />its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published <br />in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen <br />(15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 4: <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage <br />and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on <br />Febmary 19, 2002. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on March 5, 2002 <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
