CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1850 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18.44 (C - COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS) AND TABLE 18.44.090 (PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL USES) OF THE PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE, AS FILED UNDER CASE PRZ-11 WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 19, 2002, the City Council reviewed the report of the Director of Planning and Community Development (SR 02:042) regarding amendments to Chapter 18.44 (C - Commercial Districts) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, to allow tutoring for six or fewer students at one time as a permitted use in the CN (Neighborhood Commercial) District. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Chapter 18.44 (C - Commercial Districts) and Table 18.44.090 (Permitted and Conditional Uses) of Title 18 (Zoning) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is amended to read as set tbrth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 4.3(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. Section 3: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
