Potential for damage to existing or proposed development and risk to people <br /> from seismic shaking and/or fault rupture <br /> <br />Finding: The City finds that the following mitigation measure is feasible and has <br /> been adopted. However, the impact would not be reduced to a less-than- <br /> significant level. Impacts on nocturnal wildlife from lighting along the proposed Arroyo del Valle <br /> trail <br /> <br />Finding: The City finds that the following mitigation is feasible and has been <br /> adopted, thereby mitigating the impact to a less-than-significant level. <br /> <br />Land Use Chapter Policy 28: The City shall require the owners of new <br />businesses that locate adjacent to the Arroyo to implement special trash <br />removal procedures. Trash cans shall be covered so that wildlife cannot <br />enter them or retrieve food from them. Food scraps shall be removed from <br />the premises. Dumping food, crumbs, or other waste in or near the Arroyo <br />shall not be allowed. New outdoor lighting shall be subtle, low. and <br />directed toward the building and away from the channel bed. <br /> <br />Cultural Resources <br /> <br />5.
