EX1 R1T B <br /> <br />AMENDMENTS TO DRAFT DOWNTOWN SPECIFIC PLAN <br /> <br />The three residential neighborhoods located west of Peters Avenue along <br />West Angela Street, Division Street, and St. Mm' Street shall be designated <br />on Figure IV-1 of the Specific Plan as "High Der~sity Residential" instead of <br />"Medium Density Residential." <br /> <br />2. Delete Policy 27 fi.om page 29 of the Specific Plan which reads: <br /> <br />"impermeable surfaces developed adjacent to the Arrovo shall be <br />designed to slope and drain away from the Arroyo. Ru~off shall be <br />directed into the existing CiO' sewage infrast(ucture s. vstem No <br />runoff shall be allowed to directly enter the Arro. vo. " <br /> <br />The environmental mitigation measures shown in the Final Specific Plan text <br />shall be clearly identified to the reader as being included as a result of the <br />environmental review process and not as original recommendations of the <br />Downtown Specific Plan Committee. <br /> <br />4. Delete Policy 1 from page 34 of the Specific Plan which reads: <br /> <br />"Provide a second northbound lhrough-lane (on First Street) <br />between Bernal Avenue and Ray Street/Vineyard Avenuc by <br />eliminating parking on the west side pf thc street and shi£tin~, <br />traffic, and extend the second southbound through-lane o~ thc <br />southbound approach at Bernal Avenue to thc Abbic Street <br />intersection." <br /> <br />The land use designation of the property located at 273 Spring Street shall be <br />changed from "Public" and "Parking" to "Downtown Commercial" on <br />Figure IV-t of the Downtown Specific Plan, and from "Proposed Public <br />Parking" to "Potential Public Parking Lot Assessment District" on <br />Figure VI-1 of the Specific Plan. <br /> <br /> Re-designate the southern portion of the Ace Train Station parking lot <br />(between Bernal Avenue and Pleasanton Avenue) from "Office" to "Public." <br /> <br />Re-designate the narrow residential site bordering the east side of Pleasanton <br />Avenue (between West Angela Street and Rose Avenue) from "Public" to <br />"High Density Residential." <br /> <br />Amendments to the Draft Downtown Specific Plan Page I of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
