CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1366 <br /> <br /> AMENDMENT TO GROWTH MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES' HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Chapter 17.36, Growth Management Program, is <br /> amended by adding a new subjection F to Section <br /> 17.36.170 to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 17.36,170 <br /> <br /> F. Notwithstanding any other provision of <br /> this chapter, the Council may set aside growth <br /> management unit approvals for the Pleasanton <br /> Unified School District. Upon approving a zoning <br /> designation for the lands owned by the Pleasanton <br /> Unified School District, Council may then allocate <br /> the growth management approvals which have been set <br /> aside to the approved project." <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley <br /> Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in <br /> the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on June 21, 1988. <br /> <br /> <br />
