<br /> A nonexclusive Public Utility Easemem, for the construction, maimenance and
<br />use for utility purposes, under upon and over, along a strip of land, 10 foot in width, the
<br />cemerline of which is described as follows, That certain parcel of land being situate in
<br />Section 24, Township 3 South, Range 1 West, in the City of Hayward, County of
<br />Alameda, State of California, and being more particularly described as follows;

<br />BEGINNING AT "POINT A" as said poim is described in that certain Grant Deed to
<br />Pleasanton Township County Water District, dated August 11th, 1965 and filed under
<br />Series No. AX-127718, Official Records of Alameda County, California,
<br />Said Grant Deed describes two Parcels, Parcel 1 describes "Road No. 917" also
<br />commonly known as Samos Ranch Road and Parcel 2 describes a "Westridge Road,
<br />The bearings in said Grant Deed have been rotated -0o07'00" for the purposes of this
<br />description.

<br />Thence running S 54038'00" W, 1.56 feet, to the point of curvature of a 20.00 foot radius
<br />curve to the left;
<br />
<br />Thence along said curve, through a central angle of 106°15'43'', an arc distance of 37.09
<br />feet, to the point of compound curvature of a 170 foot radius curve to left;
<br />
<br />Thence along said curve, through a central angle of 14°10'41'', an arc distance of 42.07
<br />feet, to the point of reverse curvature of a 230 foot radius curve to fight;
<br />
<br />Thence along said curve, and along the easterly line of Parcel 2 in the above said Grant
<br />Deed, through a central angle of 20°17'34'', an arc distance of S1.46 feet, to a point on
<br />the easterly line of said Parcel 2, said poim being the TRUE POENT OF BEGINNING
<br />of this descfiption;

<br />Thence leaving said curve and easterly line of Parcel 2 in the above said Grant Deed, and
<br />running, S 49022'55" W, 5.02 feet, to the point of curvature ora 225 foot radius curve to
<br />the left, the center of which bears S 44°22'38"W 225 feet;

<br />Thence along said curve, through a central angle of20°l 1 '01", an arc distance of 79.26
<br />feet, to the point of reverse curvature ora 175 foot radius curve to the right;
<br />
<br />Thence along said curve, through a central angle of 31 °25'15", an arc distance of 95.97
<br />feet;
<br />
<br />Thence leaving said curve on a non-tangem line, S 54°38'00'W, 27.47 feet, to a point, on
<br />the westerly line of the above said Grant Deed to Pleasanton Township County Water
<br />District, and the easterly line of the Tolari Parcel as conveyed in that certain Grant Deed
<br />dated, June 16th, 1989 and recorded under Series No. 89-174159, official records of
<br />Alameda County, said point also being the point of curvature of a 305 foot radius curve
<br />to the fight, said also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description;
