2045-EASE2.doc <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />PARCEL 1 <br />UNDERGROUND LINES <br /> <br /> A nonexclusive Private Utility Easement, for the construction, maintenance and <br />use for utility purposes, under upon and over, along a strip of land, 10 foot in width, the <br />centerline of which is described as follows, That certain parcel oftand being situate in <br />Section 24, Township 3 South, Range 1 West, in the City of Haywvard, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, and being more particularly described as follows; <br /> <br />BEGINNING AT "POINT A" as said point is described in that certain Grant Deed to <br />Pleasanton Township County Water District, dated August 11th, 1965 and filed under <br />Series No. AX- 127718, Official Records of Alameda County, California, <br />Said Grant Deed describes two Parcels, Parcel 1 describes "Road No. 917" also <br />commonly known as Santos Ranch Road and Parcel 2 describes a "Westridge Road, <br />The bearings in said Grant Deed have been rotated -0o07'00" for the purposes of this <br />description. <br /> <br />Thence running S 54°38'00" W, 1.56 feet, to the point of curvature of a 20.00 foot radius <br />curve to the left; <br /> <br />Thence along said curve, through a central angle of 106°15'43", an arc distance of 37.09 <br />feet, to the point of compound curvature of a 170 foot radius curve to left; <br /> <br />Thence along said curve, through a central angle of 14°10'41", an arc distance of 42.07 <br />feet, to the point of reverse curvature ora 230 foot radius curve to right; <br /> <br />Thence along said curve, and along the easterly line of Parcel 2 in the above said Grant <br />Deed, through a central angle of 20°17'34', an arc distance of 81.46 feet, to a point on <br />the easterly line of said Parcel 2, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING <br />of this description; <br /> <br />Thence leaving said curve and easterly line of Parcel 2 in the above said Grant Deed, and <br />running, S 49o22'55" W, 5.02 feet, to the point of curvature ora 225 foot radius curve to <br />the left, the center of which bears S 44°22'38'W 225 feet; <br /> <br />Thence along said curve, through a central angle of 20° 11 '01", an arc distance of 79.26 <br />feet, to the point of reverse curvature of a 175 foot radius curve to the right; <br /> <br />Thence along said curve, through a central angle of 31 °25'15", an arc distance of 95.97 <br />feet; <br /> <br /> <br />
