CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1360 ORDINANCE APPROVING A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO PUD-87-13 TO RECONFIGURE THE APPROVED DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR A 25-UNIT SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT (PUD-87-13-1M) WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 18, 1987, Council adopted Ordinance No. 1329 approving a 25-unit residential project to be located on an approximately 3.7 acre site located at 3759 Vineyard Avenue; and WHEREAS, the applicant is seeking approval of a major modification to the PUD plan to reconfigure the northern half of the project by replacing Sylvia Court with Sylvia Circle, which would increase the efficiency of the northern half of the project; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the development plan subject to certain conditions; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Gooch and Associates for a major modification to the approved development plan for a 25-unit single-family residential project located at 3759 Vineyard Avenue to reconfigure the approved development, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the revised development for Case PUD-87-13-1M be substantially as shown on the plans, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That all conditions of the adopting ordinances (#1328/1329) for Cases PUD-87-12/PUD-87-13 shall remain in full effect. Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasant0n. Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
