CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1358 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO PREZONE APPROXIMATELY 6.7 ACRES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF VINEYARD AVENUE APPROXIMATELY 450 FEET EAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF EL CAPITAN DRIVE AND VINEYARD AVENUE TO THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) - MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (RZ-88-3) WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton applied to have an approximately 6.7 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue approximately 450 feet east of the intersection of E1 Capitan Drive and Vineyard Avenue to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no significant adverse effects on the environment, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on April 5, 1988; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the prezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on April 5, 1988; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this prezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the prezoning of an approximately 6.7 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue approximately 450 feet east of the intersection of E1 Capitan Drive and Vineyard Avenue, which land is involved In Annexation No. 120, ~o the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #361, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" dated April 5, 1988, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66.
