CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1358 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO <br /> PREZONE APPROXIMATELY 6.7 ACRES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF <br /> VINEYARD AVENUE APPROXIMATELY 450 FEET EAST OF THE <br /> INTERSECTION OF EL CAPITAN DRIVE AND VINEYARD AVENUE TO <br /> THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) - MEDIUM DENSITY <br /> RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (RZ-88-3) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton applied to have an approximately <br /> 6.7 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard <br /> Avenue approximately 450 feet east of the intersection <br /> of E1 Capitan Drive and Vineyard Avenue to the PUD <br /> (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential <br /> District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no <br /> significant adverse effects on the environment, a <br /> negative declaration was adopted by Council on April 5, <br /> 1988; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the prezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on April 5, 1988; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this prezoning is consistent <br /> with the General Plan policies of the City of <br /> Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the prezoning of an approximately 6.7 acre <br /> site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue <br /> approximately 450 feet east of the intersection of E1 <br /> Capitan Drive and Vineyard Avenue, which land is <br /> involved In Annexation No. 120, ~o the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development)-Medium Density Residential District. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map #361, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A" dated April 5, 1988, and incorporated herein <br /> by reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of <br /> Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br /> <br />
