CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1429 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCEAMENDING CHAPTER 11.20 OF <br /> THE PT~ASANTONMUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING <br /> SPEED LIMITS ON VARIOUS STREETS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Chapter 11.20 (Speed Limits), Section 11.20.010 <br /> (Increasing state speed limit in certain zones) is <br /> amended to add the following subsections: <br /> <br /> I. Stoneridge Drive <br /> <br /> 1. On Stoneridge Drive between West Las <br /> Positas and Santa Rita Road the speed <br /> limit shall be thirty-five miles per <br /> hour. <br /> <br /> 2. On Stoneridge Drive between Hopyard Road <br /> and West Las Positas the speed limit <br /> shall be forty miles per hour. <br /> <br /> J. Stoneridge Mall Road <br /> <br /> 1. On Stoneridge Mall Road from Stoneridge <br /> Drive to Canyon Way the speed limit shall <br /> be thirty miles per hour. <br /> <br /> 2. On Stoneridge Mall Road from Canyon Way <br /> south to Stoneridge Mall Road the speed <br /> limit shall be twenty-five miles per <br /> hour. <br /> <br /> K. Bernal Avenue <br /> <br /> 1. Bernal Avenue between Foothill Road and <br /> Pleasanton Avenue the speed limit shall <br /> be forty-five miles per hour. <br /> <br /> 2. On Bernal Avenue between Pleasanton <br /> Avenue and Sunol Boulevard the speed <br /> limit shall be thirty-five miles per <br /> hour. <br /> <br /> 3. On Bernal Avenue between Windmill Way and <br /> Kottinger Drive the speed limit shall be <br /> thirty-five miles per hour. <br /> <br /> <br />
