Resolution No. PC-2001-59 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br /> EXItIBIT "B" <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> Case PCUP-40/Metro Cab~ Inc. <br /> <br />The proposed use shall conform substantially to the site plan/floor plan dated <br />"October 12, 2001"; statement from the applicant, dated "November 27, 2001"; and <br />staff report project description dated, "December 12, 2001," Exhibit A, on file with <br />the Planning Departmem, except as modified by the following conditions. <br /> <br />2. This conditional use permit approval is for a taxicab service business operating from <br /> the subject suite (3597 Del Valle Parkway, Ste. D) only. <br /> <br />Minor repairs and servicing of the taxicabs shall be conducted entirely within the <br />applicant's warehouse only. Minor repairs and servicing of taxicabs shall be limited <br />to oil changing, brake repair, and similar types of activities. Repairs and servicing <br />shall be limited to the hours of 8AM to 7PM. <br /> <br />4. Outdoor activities shall be limited to the parking of employee/independent contract <br /> driver vehicles or taxicabs on the site. <br /> <br />5. Taxicab and employee/independent contractor vehicles shall only be parked within <br /> the applicant's warehouse or in the applicant's 4 assigned parking spaces as shown on <br /> the attached site plan. Taxicabs shall not be parked on the public street. <br /> <br />6. Prior City review and approval is required if additional activities beyond that <br /> approved by the Planning Commission are desired by the applicant (e.g., expanding <br /> the taxicab fleet beyond 8 vehicles). Such modifications shall be submitted to the <br /> Planning Director, who may, at his or her discretion, refer the matter to the Planning <br /> Commission for review. <br /> <br />7. If the operation of the use results in major conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, <br /> traffic, or other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional <br /> use permit may be referred to the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a <br /> public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may modify or add conditions of <br /> approval to mitigate such impact, or may revoke said conditional use permit. <br /> <br />8. The applicant shall meet all requirements of Chapter 6.40, "Taxicabs" of the <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />Within 30 days of the final approval of this use permit, the applicant shall submit of <br />list of all types and quantifies of vehicle fluids store in the suite to the Fire <br />Department for review and approval. If necessary, the Fire Marshall may conduct <br />inspections and impose additional conditions on the applicant relating to fire safety, <br />materials storage, and disposal. <br /> <br /> <br />
