PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2001-52 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE GROWTH <br />MANAGEMENT ALLOCATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its November 14, 2001 meeting, the Planning Commission reviewed the <br />2001 Growth Management Report and the staff report regarding growth <br />management allocations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public hearing of November 14, 2001, the Planning <br />Conunission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning the growth management <br />allocations. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Recommends to the City Council that the annual allocations for 2002-03 <br />and the major project and first-come, first-served sub-allocations as shown <br />in Table 2, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference, be <br />affirmed; and that the requested reallocations of 89 units from 2001 to <br />2003 as shown in Table 3, attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference be granted. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
