PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2001~51 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF APPLIED BIOSYSTEMS <br />FOR FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-16 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Applied Biosystems has applied for final development plan approval for a 960,000- <br /> square-foot office and research campus located at 6001 Sunol Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I (Industrial) District; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public hearings of October 24, 2001, and November 14, 2001, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is covered by a Negative Declaration previously adopted for the <br /> project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed development plan is <br /> appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-16, the application of Applied Biosystems for final <br />development plan approval for a 960,000-square-foot office and research campus <br />located at 6001 Sunol Boulevard, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
