PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2001-47 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />MARDEL LLC FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO A PUD DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-99-1-2M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Mardel LLC has applied for a major modification to allow a one-year extension of <br />the planned trait development (PUD) approval for a new 12~lot residential <br />subdivision located at 4456 Foothill Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - RDR/LDR (Rural <br /> Density Residential/Low Density Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public hearing of October 10, 2001, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br /> California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission determined that the proposed major modification to the <br />PUD development plan is consistent with the General Plan, purposes of the PUD <br />ordinance (PUD Findings), and the West Foothill Road Corridor Overlay District. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of Case PUD-99-1-2M, the application of Mardel LLC for <br />a major modification to allow a one-year extension of the planned unit <br />development (PUD) approval for a new 12-lot residential subdivision located at <br />4456 Foothill Road, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
