PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2001-46 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CHAMBERL1N <br />ASSOCIATES FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DESIGN REVIEW <br />APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30~84D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Chamberlin Associates has applied for Planned Unit Development design <br />review approval for a two-story office building totaling approximately <br />44,250-square feet on 2.7 acres located at 5075 Hopyard Road in the <br />Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O <br /> Industrial/Commercial-Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public heating of September 26, 2001, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff conceming this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the proposed project is within the scope of the Environmental Impact <br />Report prepared in conjunction with the PUD approval for the entire <br />Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission determined that the proposed building is well <br />designed, sufficiently articulated, and consistent with the scale and <br />character of the adjacent buildings. The Pla~ing Commission also <br />determined that the project meets or exceeds all applicable requirements of <br />the design guidelines for the Hacienda Business Park. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-81-30-84D, the application of Charnberlin <br />Associates for Planned Unit Development design review approval for a <br />two-story office building totaling approximately 44,250-square feet on 2.7 <br />acres located at 5075 Hopyard Road in the Hacienda Business Park, <br />subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
