PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-2001-46 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CHAMBERL1N ASSOCIATES FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30~84D WHEREAS, Chamberlin Associates has applied for Planned Unit Development design review approval for a two-story office building totaling approximately 44,250-square feet on 2.7 acres located at 5075 Hopyard Road in the Hacienda Business Park; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O Industrial/Commercial-Office) District; and WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public heating of September 26, 2001, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff conceming this application; and WHEREAS, the proposed project is within the scope of the Environmental Impact Report prepared in conjunction with the PUD approval for the entire Hacienda Business Park; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed building is well designed, sufficiently articulated, and consistent with the scale and character of the adjacent buildings. The Pla~ing Commission also determined that the project meets or exceeds all applicable requirements of the design guidelines for the Hacienda Business Park. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves Case PUD-81-30-84D, the application of Charnberlin Associates for Planned Unit Development design review approval for a two-story office building totaling approximately 44,250-square feet on 2.7 acres located at 5075 Hopyard Road in the Hacienda Business Park, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
