Construction of the patio cover extension shall substantially confirm to the <br /> plans marked "Exhibit A," dated "Received May 17, 2001," on file with the <br /> Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions of approval. <br /> <br />2. Within one (1) month of the effective date of this approval, the applicants shall <br /> submit the name and type of evergreen tree to be planted between the patio <br /> cover and the rear property line to the Planning Director and City's Landscape <br /> Architect for review and approval. Prior to final inspection of the patio cover <br /> covered by this approval by the Planning Department, the applicants shall <br /> install a 20" box size tree (the species as determined by the Planning Director <br /> and City's Landscape Architect) that is ten feet in height, with a five-foot girth, <br /> in a location subject to the satisfaction of the City's Landscape Architect. The <br /> applicants shall irrigate and maintain the tree in good health for the life of this <br /> project. <br /> <br />All site improvements shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., <br />Monday through Saturday. All construction equipment must meet DMV noise <br />standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. No demolition or <br />construction is permitted on Federal holidays. <br /> <br />Building permit plans can only be submitted to the Building Department after <br />the completion of the 15 day appeal period for this approval, unless the <br />applicant submits a written statement acknowledging that all plan check fees <br />and design costs may be forfeited should the item be appealed and the design <br />either designed or modified. <br /> <br /> <br />
