PLANNiNG COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2001-42 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING CASE PAP-23, THEREBY UPHOLDING THE <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S APPROVAL OF AN APPLICATION FOR <br />ADMINISTRATIVE DESIGN REVIEW, AS FILED UNDER CASE PADR-365 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Zoning Administrator approved the application of David and <br />Katherine Campbell to allow the extension of a previously approved <br />attached, open patio cover to a distance of 12 feet, 4 inches from the rear <br />property line of an existing single-family lot located at 625 Abbie Street; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - MDR <br />(Medium Density Residential ~ District; and <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public hearing of August 22, 2001, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of <br /> the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project as <br /> conditioned is appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Denies Case PAP-23, thereby upholding the approval of the Zoning <br />Administrator of Case PADR-365, the application of David and Katherine <br />Campbell to allow the extension of a previously approved attached, open <br />patio cover to a distance of 12 feet, 4 inches from the rear property line of <br />an existing single-family lot located at 625 Abbie Street, subject to the <br />conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
