Resolution No. PC-01-40 <br />Page 19 <br /> <br />DISCLOSURES <br /> <br />101. <br /> <br />Thc property owner shall give notice to future buyers through deed recordation, <br />satisfactory to the City Attorney, the presence of all maintenance responsibilities <br />for the entire PUD, including but not limited to maintenance of the booster <br />pumps, concrete v-ditch storm drain system, and driveway. <br /> <br />102. <br /> <br />The property owner shall give notice to future buyers through deed recordation, <br />satisfactory to the City Attorney, that both homes in the PUD shall be equipped <br />with a booster pump to provide adequate water pressure. <br /> <br />103. <br /> <br />The property owner shall give notice to future buyers through deed recordation, <br />satisfactory to the City Attorney, that the home on Lot 1 is within 300 feet of an <br />existing telecommunications facility. <br /> <br /> <br />
