PLANN1NG COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2001-38 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF STARK, MIERS, <br />SCOTT ARCHITECTURE AND PLANNING FOR PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-81-30-85D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Stark, Miers, Scott Architecture and Planning has applied for Planned Unit <br />Development design review approval for a two-story, 24,600-square-foot <br />office building on a 1.37-acre site located at 4733 Chabot Drive in the <br />Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O <br /> Industrial/Commercial-Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public hearing of July 11, 2001, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the proposed project is within the scope of the Environmental Impact <br />Report prepared in conjunction with the PUD approval for the entire <br />Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission determined that the proposed building, as <br />conditioned, adheres to the site development and landscape requirements <br />of the Hacienda Design Guidelines and is appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case PUD-81-30-85D, the application of Stark, Miers, Scott <br /> Architecture and Planning for Planned Unit Development design review <br /> approval for a two-story, 24,600-square-foot office building on a 1.37-acre <br /> site located at 4733 Chabot Drive in the Hacienda Business Park, subject <br /> to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of <br /> this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
