PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2001-35 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF SOUTH BAY <br />DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-81-30-49D-1M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />South Bay Development Company has applied for Planned Unit <br />Development design review approval to construct a one-story, 10,008- <br />square-foot addition to the existing office building on a 2.73-acre site <br />located at 4160 Hacienda Drive in the Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O <br />Industrial/Conunercial-Office ~ District; and <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public hearing of June 27, 2001, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the proposed project is within the scope of the Environmental Impact <br />Report prepared in conjunction with the PUD approval for the entire <br />Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission determined that the proposed building <br />expansion matches all of the design elements and color schemes of the <br />existing building, and adheres to the site development and landscape <br />requirements of the Hacienda Design Guidelines. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-81-30-49D-1M, the application of South Bay <br />Development Company for Planned Unit Development design review <br />approval to construct a one-story, 10,008-square-foot addition to the <br />existing office building on a 2.73-acre site located at 4160 Hacienda Drive <br />in the Hacienda Business Park, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit <br />"B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
