PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2001-32 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FINDING THE PROPOSED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEARS 2001-2002 THROUGH 2005-2006 <br />CONSISTENT WITH THE PLEASANTON GENERAL PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />one of the duties of the Planning Commission is to investigate and make <br />recommendations to the City Council regarding the means of <br />implementing the General Plan so that it will serve as an effective guide <br />for the efficient expenditure of public funds relating to the subjects <br />addressed in the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly-noticed public hearing of June 13, 2001, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of City staff concerning the proposed Capital <br />Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2001-2002 through 2005-2006. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />That the Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2001-2002 <br />through 2005-2006 as a whole and as individual projects is consistent with <br />the Pleasanton General Plan. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />The Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
