PLANNiNG COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2001-31 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION INITIATING AN ACTION TO RESCIND THE DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN FOR CASE PUD-85-5 <br /> <br />Case PUD-85-5, a development plan for a four-story, approximately 66,000-square- <br />foot office building on an approximately 2.8 acre site located on the south side of <br />Johnson Drive, easterly of the Hilton Hotel, was approved by the City Council in <br />May 1985; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the PUD approval had no condition regarding the lapsing of the project approval; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no building permits have been issued for this project and the office pad remains <br /> vacant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 13, 2001, the Planning Commission determined that due to <br />the number of changes occurring on the site and in the surrounding area <br />reconsideration of the office project is warranted. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNiNG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWiNG: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Initiates an action to rescind the development plan for Case PUD-85-5, a <br />development plan for a four-story, approximately 66,000-square-foot office <br />building on an approximately 2.8 acre site located on the south side of Johnson <br />Drive, easterly of the Hilton Hotel. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
