PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2001-27 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF DEBRA AND <br />PATRICK PICKERELL FOR DESIGN REVIEW, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PDR- 126 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Debra and Patrick Pickerell have applied for design review approval to <br />allow the construction of an approximately 20,982-square-foot one- and <br />two-story commercial building on 1.44+ acres of land located <br />approximately 200 feet north of the Del-Valle Parkway/Bernal Avenue <br />street intersection on the west side of Bernal Avenue in the Stanley <br />Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - C <br /> (Commercial) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public hearing of May 23, 2001, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the project is consistent with the PUD development plan's environmental <br />document, therefore, no additional environmental document was prepared <br />for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed design is <br /> acceptable. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PDR-126, the application of Debra and Patrick Pickerell <br />for design review approval to allow the construction of an approximately <br />20,982-square-foot one- and two-story commercial building on 1.44+ <br />acres of land located approximately 200 feet north of the Del Valle <br />Parkway/gernal Avenue street intersection on the west side of Bernal <br />Avenue in the Stanley Business Park, subject to the conditions shown in <br />Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
