Resolution No. PC-2001-24 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br />Section 2. <br />Section 3. <br />Section 4. <br /> <br />Section 5. <br /> <br />Determines that the proposed use of the Peridot Corporation is a similar and <br />permitted use within the Stanley Business Park PUD development plan. <br /> <br />Finds that a modification to the design review to reduce the size of the parking lot <br />and include additional landscaping is acceptable. <br /> <br />Finds that an extension for the installation date of the photovoltaic panels on the <br />proposed building is appropriate. <br /> <br />Continues the design review of the proposed building to allow the applicant the <br />opportunity to work with staffto develop two alternatives: (1) the same building <br />design with muted colors; and (2) a different design more in keeping with the <br />architecture of the Stanley Business Park with muted colors. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 9TH DAY OF MAY 2001 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Arkin, Harvey, Maas, and Sullivan <br />Commissioner Kameny <br />Commissioner Roberts <br />None <br /> <br />Peggy~dr~ <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Matt Sullivan <br />Chairperson <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Larissa Seto <br />Assistant City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
