Resolution No. PC-2001-23 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "B" <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />Case PCUP-29 <br /> S.A.S. Gymnastics <br /> 1056 Serpentine Lane <br /> <br />The proposed use and its operation shall substantially conform to the plans <br />and narrative, Exhibit A, dated "Received April 17, 2001", on file with the <br />Planning Department, except as modified by the following conditions. <br />Minor alterations may be approved by the Planning Director if found to be <br />in substantial conformance with this approval. <br /> <br />If any elements of the proposed use result in conflicts in regard to parking, <br />congestion, noise, traffic, loitering, or other impacts, at the discretion of the <br />Planning Director, this use permit may be submitted to the Planning <br />Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the <br />Planning Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to <br />mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said use permit. <br /> <br />The hours of the said use shall be from 8:00a.m. to 8:00p.m. <br /> <br />Summer camps shall be limited to a maximum of 25 students. <br /> <br />All special events, including but not limited to the "mini Olympics", <br />"exhibition meet", tournaments and award ceremonies, shall be held <br />between 5:45p.m. and 8:00p.m. or shall be held on weekends. <br /> <br />No classes shall start or stop within 15 minutes of the start or stop of <br />another class, including summer camp classes and "team" classes. <br /> <br />The applicant shall maintain the area surrounding the tenant space in a <br />clean and orderly manner at all times. <br /> <br />If signing for the business is desired, a sign application shall be submitted <br />to the Planning Director for consideration under separate application. <br /> <br />If modifications to the use are desired, including but not limited to changes <br />in class sizes or changes in class times, the applicant shall apply for <br />conditional use permit approval for the modifications prior to modifying the <br />use. This condition can be waived, if the Planning director finds that the <br />proposed changes are minor and are in substantial conformance with this <br />approval. <br /> <br /> <br />
