CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1424 ORDINANCE APPROVING CASE PUD-83-9-3M, APPLICATION OF GATEWOODASSOCIATES WHEREAS, Gatewood Associates has applied for modification to an approved Planned Unit Development to allow the creation of a ten space RV parking area, tot lot, and a car wash area located at 3992 Stoneridge Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) High Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval subject to deletion of the proposed RV storage area; and WHEREAS, the City Council amended the project deleting the proposed RV storage area, the existing tot lot and car wash area; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed modification, including relocation of a tot lot to an area adjacent to the existing swimming pool and development of car wash facilities within interior parking areas of the parking complex, is consistent with the approved PUD zoning and development plan for this site; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves Case PUD-83-9-3M, the application of Gatewood Associates for a major modification to an appr0ved Planned Unit Development to allow a tot lot and car wash areas at 3992 Stoneridge Drive, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" and the site plan Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
