CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1424 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE APPROVING CASE PUD-83-9-3M, <br /> APPLICATION OF GATEWOODASSOCIATES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Gatewood Associates has applied for modification to <br /> an approved Planned Unit Development to allow the <br /> creation of a ten space RV parking area, tot lot, <br /> and a car wash area located at 3992 Stoneridge <br /> Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) High Density Residential District; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval subject to deletion of <br /> the proposed RV storage area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council amended the project deleting the <br /> proposed RV storage area, the existing tot lot and <br /> car wash area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed <br /> modification, including relocation of a tot lot to <br /> an area adjacent to the existing swimming pool and <br /> development of car wash facilities within interior <br /> parking areas of the parking complex, is consistent <br /> with the approved PUD zoning and development plan <br /> for this site; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves Case PUD-83-9-3M, the application of <br /> Gatewood Associates for a major modification to an <br /> appr0ved Planned Unit Development to allow a tot <br /> lot and car wash areas at 3992 Stoneridge Drive, <br /> subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" and <br /> the site plan Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made <br /> part of this case by reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley <br /> Times," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after the date of its final passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
