Resolution No. PC-2001-16 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNiNG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-03, the <br />application of Clay and Schelly Frades for PUD Development Plan approval to <br />subdivide an existing 77.5 acre parcel located at 4120 Foothill Road into three <br />parcels measuring approximately 61.16 acres, 11.22 acres, and 5.09 acres. The <br />61.165 acre parcel would contain an existing single-family dwelling with <br />detached garage, two existing secondary units, and two existing storage barns. On <br />the 11.22 acre parcel, a future home would be developed with a maximum size of <br />6,500 feet square. On the 5.09 acre parcel, a new 4,680 square foot, two-story <br />home is proposed <br /> <br />Section 2.
