That the development shall substantially conform to the plans <br /> and elevations, dated April 3, 1989, on file with the <br /> Planning Department, except as modified herein. <br /> <br />2. That the clock tower shall be limited to a single sign and <br /> this sign shall be on the west elevation. <br /> <br />3. That the developer submit a landscape plan to the Planning <br /> Director for review and approval for the revegetation of the <br /> rear property line area between Tawny Drive and Palomino <br /> Drive prior to the issuance of a building permit, such plan <br /> shall indicate the schedule of work. <br /> <br />4. That signage for the center shall be submitted for Design <br /> Review Board review and approval under separate application. <br /> <br /> 5. That the applicant shall secure all required City permits <br /> prior to the commencement of work. <br /> <br /> 6. That the clock shall be maintained in functioning order at <br /> all times. <br /> <br /> 7. That all other conditions of PUD-78-3 shall remain in full <br /> force and effect. <br /> <br /> 8. That this development be subject to all Standard Conditions <br /> of Development attached hereto and made part of this case by <br /> reference, except conditions 12, 27, 28, 29, 33, 34, 35, 37, <br /> 38, 46, and 49. <br /> <br /> pud7833m.
