The masonry and stone veneer bases for the trellises may be <br /> replaced with standard concrete bases. <br /> <br />Prior to installation of the trellises, the applicant shall submit a revised <br />landscape plan and elevation drawings consistent with Condition 1 to <br />the Planning Director for review and approval. <br /> <br />3.
