Trash enclosures which are sized to contain dumpsters with an individual capacity <br /> of 1.5 cubic yards located within five feet of combustible walls, openings, or <br /> combustible roof eaves shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system. <br /> <br />49. <br /> <br />The applicant shall ensure that fire protection facilities, including all surface <br />roads, fire hydrants, and a water supply capable of furnishing the required fire <br />flow shall be installed and serviceable prior to and during the time of <br />construction. When alternate methods of protection are as approved by the Fire <br />Chief, this requirement may be waived or modified. Proposed alternative <br />methods of fire protection shall be submitted, in writing, to the Fire Chief. Work <br />on the alternative fire protection methods shall not start without the approval of <br />the Fire Chief. <br /> <br />50. <br /> <br />51. <br /> <br />52. <br /> <br />The applicants shall provide 45 ft. inside/55 ft. outside turning radii along the <br />internal drive aisle that is located between the Spring Street and Ray Street <br />driveways. Details of the parking lot turning radii shall be shown on the plans <br />submitted for issuance of building permits and shall be subject to review and <br />approval by the Fire Chief prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />No speed bumps shall be placed within the drive aisles of the project site unless <br />otherwise approved by the Planning Director and Fire Chief. <br /> <br />The driveway gates shall have a Knox key/Knox box override subject to review <br />and approval by the Fire Chief. <br /> <br />Police <br /> <br />53. <br /> <br />If required by the Police Department, the building(s) shall be equipped with an <br />alarm system, the type to be approved by the Police Department and that this <br />system shall be installed prior to occupancy of the building. <br /> <br />54. <br /> <br />55. <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit a final drainage plan prepared by a licensed civil <br />engineer depicting all on-site drainage control measures. This plan shall be <br />subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer and/or the Director of <br />Building Inspection prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit a refundable cash bond for construction hazard prior to <br />issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The amount of this <br />bond will be determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />56. <br /> <br />The haul ronte for all materials to and from this development shall be approved by <br />the City Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
