That if a sanitary sewer lift station is installed for use <br /> the development and if it is accepted by t~e City for <br /> maintenance and operation, an agreement shall be completed <br /> between V31e City and the developer prior to the approval of <br /> the development to the effect that the developer will provide <br /> a maintenance and operation fund for a minimum ten year <br /> period. <br /> <br /> 47. That the developor be responsible for ~he installation of <br /> street lighting system serving the development. The street <br /> lights shall be 70 watt, high pressure sodium vapor units <br /> mounted on galvanized steel poles wi~h poured in place bases, <br /> on the LS-lC schedule per City requirements and P.G.&E. <br /> standard details unless otherwise specifically approved. <br /> Approval for the number, location, and ~ype of electroliars <br /> shall be witWeld pending final design and review by ~ale city <br /> Engineer. <br /> <br /> 50. That this development provide a safe and effective <br /> circulation system for bicycles and pedestrians. These <br /> facilities shall be designed and installed to the <br /> satisfaction of =he City Engineer and shall be separated from <br /> vehicular traffic whenever possible. <br /> <br /> 51. That ~e developer submit detailed landscape and irrigation <br /> piefie el pert of the improvement plans. These plans should <br /> in~ltlle, where applicable, a street tree plantinq plan and <br /> lamle:ape plans for medians. duffer strips, and any <br /> riglit-of-way landscape areas.
