CITY COUNCIL CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1419 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF COUNTRY <br /> INVESTORS AND GEORGE WARD FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br /> AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-88-17 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Country Investors and George Ward have applied for <br /> development plan approval to construct a 23 parcel, <br /> single-family residential project to be located on an <br /> approximately 6.7 acre site located at 2667 Vineyard <br /> Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - Medium Density Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on May 16, 1989; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the proposed development <br /> plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 16, 1989; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies and PUD <br /> Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the development plan to construct a 23 <br /> parcel, single-family residential project proposed to be <br /> located on an approximately 6.7 acre site located at <br /> 2667 Vineyard Avenue subject to the conditions shown on <br /> Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made part of this case <br /> by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in the "The Valley Times," <br /> a newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
