CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1413 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 (PART) OF <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1336 AND SECTION 17.36.160 <br /> OF THE PI~ASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE, AS <br /> AMENDED, CONCERNING THE APPLICATION <br /> PROCEDURE FOR GROWTH MANAGEMENT APPROVAL <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section 1 (Part) of Ordinance No. 1336 and <br /> Section 17.36.160 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, <br /> as amended, are hereby further amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 17.36.160 Application Procedure. <br /> <br /> A. Any developer of a project meeting the <br /> eligibility requirements shall request growth <br /> management approval prior to April 1st of any <br /> given year; for the year 1989, any developer <br /> of a project meeting the eligibility <br /> requirements shall have until June 1, 1989 to <br /> request growth management approval if the <br /> project (1) in 1989 was exempted from the <br /> Stoneridge Specific Plan or (2) met the <br /> eligibility requirements prior to April 5, <br /> 1989. <br /> <br /> (Subsections B-D, no change)." <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley <br /> Times," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after the date of its final passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on April 4, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
