Exhibit B <br /> PUD-99-1-2M <br />PUD Extension of Lemoine Ranch Estates <br />City Council - December 4, 2001 <br /> <br />1. Condition #31 of Case PUD-99-1 as shown below: <br /> <br />31."The development plan shall be of no further validity and <br /> the developer shall be required to submit a new <br /> development plan should the developer fail to record a <br /> Final Map within two years of PUD approval." <br /> <br />shall be modified to read as follows: <br /> <br />31. "PUD-99-1 shah lapse and become null and yom on,, <br />.Fear from the effective date of case PUD-99-1-2M, <br />unless a final map is recorded prior to this time." <br /> <br />2. Except as modified by the conditions in this exhibit, all conditions of Case <br /> PUD-99-1 and TR-7176 shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />3. The project developer(s) is encouraged to utilize "Green Building" <br /> practices in constructing new buildings. Before the issuance of building <br /> permits, the project developer shall submit to City staff the green building <br /> provisions that would be incorporated into the proposed project's <br /> construction. The project developer shall then meet with City staffto <br /> review these provisions. The project developer shall modify the proposed <br /> measures if, following this review, there are other, more cost effective <br /> measures which can feasibly be done for comparable cost as those initially <br /> proposed. Prior to construction, the final list of green building measures <br /> shall be provided to the Planning Commission for information. <br /> <br />The project developer(s) is encouraged to implement the following <br />measures with the construction of the structures covered by this approval so <br />that. the owners can install roof-mounted photovoltaic systems in the future: <br /> <br />a. Install electrical conduit and cables from the roof/attic areas to the <br /> buildings' main electrical panels. <br /> <br />b.
