CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1846 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br />MARDEL LLC FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO <br />ALLOW A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF AN APPROVED <br />PUD, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-99-01-02M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Mardel LLC has applied for a major modification to an approved PUD Plan to <br />allow a one-year extension of the planned unit development (PUD) approval for a <br />new twelve-lot residential subdivision located at 4456 Foothill Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - RDR/LDR (Rural <br />Density Residential/Low Density Residential) District and West Foothill Road <br />Corridor Overlay District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is covered by a Negative Declaration previously adopted for the <br /> project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the <br /> major modification; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public heating was held on December 4, 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the proposed modification to the approved <br /> Planned Unit Development is appropriate. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-99-01-02M, the application of Mardel LLC for a major <br />modification to an approved PUD Plan to allow a one-year extension of the <br />planned unit development approval for a twelve-lot residential subdivision located <br />at 4456 Foothill Road, subject to the conditions set forth on Exhibit B, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br />its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published <br />in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen <br />(15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
