CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1845 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF APPLIED BIOS¥STEMS FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-98-07-01M WHEREAS, Applied Biosystems has applied for a major modification to an approved PUD Plan to increase the maximum permitted building height from 48 feet to 50-1/2 feet for the buildings located at 6001 Sunol Boulevard and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I (Industrial) District; and WHEREAS, the property is covered by a Negative Declaration previously adopted for the project; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the major modification; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 4, 2001; and WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the proposed modification to the approved Planned Unit Development is appropriate. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves Case PUD-98-07-01M, the application of Applied Biosystems for a major modification to an approved PUD Plan to increase the maximum permitted building height from 48 feet to 50-1/2 feet for the buildings located at 6001 Sunol Boulevard. Section 2: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
