CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 02-025 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AS FILED UNDER CASE PRZ-11 WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to amend Chapter 18.44 (C - Commercial Districts) and Table 18.44.090 (Permitted and Conditional Uses) of Title 18 (Zoning) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code to permit tutoring for six or fewer students at a time in the CN (Neighborhood Commemial) District; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 19, 2002, at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; and WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for adverse impacts on wildlife. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of City of Pleasanton to amend Chapter 18.44 (C - Commercial Districts) and Table 18.44.090 (Permitted and Conditional Uses) of Title 18 (Zoning) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code to permit tutoring for six or fewer students at a time in the CN (Neighborhood Commercial) District. Section 2: The City Council finds that the proposed project will have a de minimus impact on wildlife.
