CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-025 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE PRZ-11 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton has applied to amend Chapter 18.44 (C - Commercial <br />Districts) and Table 18.44.090 (Permitted and Conditional Uses) of Title 18 <br />(Zoning) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code to permit tutoring for six or fewer <br />students at a time in the CN (Neighborhood Commemial) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 19, 2002, at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the <br />proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br />applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant <br /> adverse effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for <br /> adverse impacts on wildlife. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of City of Pleasanton to <br />amend Chapter 18.44 (C - Commercial Districts) and Table 18.44.090 (Permitted <br />and Conditional Uses) of Title 18 (Zoning) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code to <br />permit tutoring for six or fewer students at a time in the CN (Neighborhood <br />Commercial) District. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />The City Council finds that the proposed project will have a de minimus impact on <br />wildlife. <br /> <br /> <br />
