CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-017 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST TO JOIN WITH <br />THE CITY OF LIVERMORE AND THE COUNTY OF <br />ALAMEDA IN FINANCING THE PURCHASE AND <br />REHABILITATION OF THE FAMILY CRISIS SHELTER IN <br />LIVERMORE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of January 28, 2002, the Human Services Commission <br />recommended that the City Council approve the joint financing by the City of <br />Pleasanton, the City of Livermore and Alameda County for the purchase and <br />rehabilitation of a family crisis shelter house in Livermore; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 5, 2002, the City Council received the report of the <br /> Director of Parks and Community Services (SR 02:036) regarding this issue; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Authorizes joining with the City of Livermore and the County of Alameda in <br />financing the purchase and rehabilitation of a family crisis shelter house in <br />Livermore. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute any project related documents. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 5, 2002 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
