Resolution No. 02~010 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of the Church of Jesus <br />Christ of Latter-Day Saints for a major modification to an approved Planned Unit <br />Development for: (1) rezoning of a 4.8-acre parcel located at 3574 Vineyard <br />Avenue from PUD-MDR/P (Planned Unit Development - Medium Density <br />Residential/Public and Institutional) District to PUD-P (Planned Unit Development <br />- Public and Institutional), and (2) development plan approval for a private park on <br />the southern 1.97 acres for church-related events. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />The City Council finds that the proposed project will have a de minimis impact on <br />the site's wildlife. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 15, 2002 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Pico <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORlVJ~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Peggy ~,. ~zi(dro~ City ~lerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
