Resolution No. 02-009 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves a reduction of the Lower Income Housing Fee for the self-storage <br />project. Specifically, the on-site manager's residence and office shall be subject to <br />the normal fee of $0.52 per square foot (or as otherwise in effect at the time <br />building permits are obtained for the project). The remaining portion of the <br />buildings devoted to storage uses shall be subject to a fee of $0.12 per square foot. <br />The total mount of payment of Lower Income Housing Fees for the project shall <br />be approximately $17,871. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 15, 2002 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: Mayor Pico <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, and Michelotti <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM:~ <br /> <br />Michael H.
