CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-006 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING COMPENSATION FOR <br />DEBORAH ACOSTA MCKEEHAN AS CITY MANAGER OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Deborah Acosta McKeehan was appointed City Manager of the City of Pleasanton <br />on March 5, 1990 with compensation and benefits established in Resolution No. <br />90-034; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the salary and benefits for the City Manager were most recently established by <br /> adoption of Resolution No. 00-137; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in order to amend the City Manager's <br /> compensation resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br />Section 2: <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />The annual salary for the City Manager is adjusted to $165,075 effective the first <br />pay period after September 1, 2001. <br /> <br />All other terms and conditions of employment as identified in Resolution No. <br />90-34 and 00-006 shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />The 2001-2002 Operating Budget of the City of Pleasanton is amended <br />accordingly. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 15, 2002 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
