CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-002 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY AND CASTLEWOOD HEIGHTS <br />OWNERS ASSOCIATION (PULTE HOMES) FOR <br />LANDSCAPING ON SUNOL BOULEVARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pulte Homes desires to landscape a City-owned parcel on Sunol Boulevard <br /> adjacent to the Castlewood Heights project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is agreeable to Pulte Homes' request, so long as the Castlewood Heights <br /> Owners Association maintains the landscaping. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves the attached license agreement for landscaping with the Castlewood <br />Heights Owners Association, and directs the City Manager to execute all necessary <br />documents. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 15, 2002 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Pico <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
