Attachment A <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ADOPTING THE 2009 -10 THROUGH 2012 -2013 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, biennially the city adopts a Capital Improvement Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, a budget workshop to review the Capital Improvement Program was held <br /> June 9, 2009; and <br /> WHEREAS, at a public hearing on June 16, 2009, staff presented a report regarding the <br /> recommended Capital Improvement Program for 2009 -10 through 2012 -13. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> Section 1: Adopts the 2009 -10 through 2012 -13 Capital Improvement Program as <br /> presented to at the June 16, 2009 City Council meeting. <br /> Section 2: Authorizes expenditures as detailed in the Capital Improvement Program for <br /> 2009 -10 and 2010 -11. <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on June 16, 2009. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 16`" day of June, <br /> 2009, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: <br /> Noes: <br /> Absent: <br /> Abstain: <br /> Karen Diaz, City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Michael H.
